Rental Policies (Below)

Thank you for checking out Lynnfield Party Rentals. We are a small business whose goal is to provide Fun, affordable Party & Event Rentals to The Lynnfield / Boston North Shore area. We realize not everyone has experience planning Parties Or Events, so here are some considerations to help you get started.

Date & Location. When and where is your event? More specifically, where on the property do you need your rental items located once at the general location? The more details that are shared in advance, the smoother things go the day of - allowing you to enjoy the festivities!

Timing Requirements. Do you need same-day delivery and pick up? If you’re having an event in a public space (park, a local business, space rented, etc.), you can’t leave the equipment unattended overnight, so same-day setup and removal is required (See policies below)

What is the rain contingency plan? You need a plan in place for bad weather. Is your event rain or shine? If rain is expected, please allow a 24/48 window for cancellation/postpone options. (See policies below)

Anything else for your event? A party planner to help with your event? Balloons? A tent? A mobile bar? Lit-up Letters|Numbers? Just Ask! We are happy to help you find other rental items from our awesome network of local rental businesses and partnered vendors.

Cleaning

All units are cleaned and sanitized before your rental. We kindly ask customers to clean up after themselves. If items are returned dirty there may be an additional fee.

Policies

  • Please make sure to remove shoes before entering bounce houses.

  • Do not leave bounce house blowers out in rainy weather.

  • No sharp objects, bubbles, confetti, silly string, food, or drinks, etc. are to be used in any of our bounce houses (damage fees will apply if so).

  • Set up is not included in delivery. Only Bounce House set up is required by our company per our safety policy. Extra fees will apply if you need help with table, chairs, or tent set up.

  • Delivery is made the morning of your event and picked back up the following morning- allowing a full day rental.

Payment

  • A $100 non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your date (Debit/Credit Card/Venmo is accepted for deposit) which will go toward your balance due the day of your event.

  • If your date is rained out, or you need to postpone, we will hold your $100 deposit to be used at any time in the future (assuming availability).

  • All remaining balances are due the morning of your event when delivery arrives -no exceptions.

  • Any damage done to the items rented are to be paid for by the Client.

  • All orders must be $100 minimum if delivery is needed.

What you’ll need

  • Enough space to set up your rental. (Flat, unobstructed space for the unit plus about 2-3 feet around for safety/staking).

  • Electric outlet within 50 feet of setup area.

  • Water source and water hose if renting a water slide.
